Teacher parking agreement
Trenton Meeting of Friends welcomes the use of our parking lot by the teachers and/or staff of the Daylight/Twilight School at 135 E. Hanover Street. In order to ensure that our agreement is clear, we outline here our expectations.

1.We give permission for up to 8 cars to be parked in the marked spaces along the wall.
2.When there is snow on the parking lot in excess of 2 inches, parking privileges are delayed until the lot is plowed.
3.Parking in our lot is at your own risk and you are expected to exercise caution and good judgment based on the condition of the parking lot and sidewalks. Trenton Meeting of Friends is not responsible for damage to cars parked in our lot.
4.You will be given one unique (or two identically numbered) 2024-25 hang tag(s) supplied by the Meeting to validate your parking right. Each number NOT each tag represents one parking permit. Circle YES at the bottom of this form to receive two tags.
5.Parking privileges are offered from 7 am to 5 pm only, Monday thru Friday when school is in session including in-service for staff.
6.. Your expected donation is $40 per month. By your signature below you acknowledge this commitment. Parking tags will not be provided until at least one month’s payment is received. Payment for a semester ($200) or the year ($400) may be most convenient for all parties. Checks can be made payable to Trenton Meeting of Friends, PayPal is trentonquakers@gmail.com. An envelope with donation check can be delivered through the mail slot on the front door (facing Hanover) of the building or use the mailing address:

Please put the note PARKING on the memo line of checks or in the notes of a PayPal payment.
7.Cars parked in marked spaces without valid hang tags are subject to towing. If you encounter cars without valid hang tags, please inform your parking liaison or me (call or text) at the number below.
8.Teachers may request parking privileges for evening events such as back to school night and such permission will be granted if there are no conflicting engagements on our calendar. Inform me or email trentonquakers@gmail.com with such a request.
Your donation does not exceed the value received so there is no income tax deductibility but they are not subject to sales tax.
