In Memory of Joseph Taylor (1928-2025)

Today, April 3, 2025, saw the passing of our long-time and very dear Trenton Quaker member Joseph Taylor. There is so much that can be said about his life well lived, and a fitting biography and memorial will appear soon. For today, peace and blessing to his family.

The funeral is set for Tues. April 15 at the Campbell Funeral Chapel. Viewing from 12:30-1:20 and service in the manner of Quakers from 1:20 to 2:20. The address of the Campbell Funeral Chapel is 1225 Calhoun St., Trenton, NJ 08638.

Afterwards family, Friends and friends will come to the meetinghouse for a repast - food and fellowship. See below:

A heartfelt celebration of Joe's life at Campbell Funeral Chapel included a glimpse of his life well lived. Family members spoke of his valued position as father and uncle. Two beautiful musical solos honored his great talent as a singer. His passion for childhood education in the public and secondary schools in Trenton was recalled. Quakers reflected on his love of the Quaker faith and his service and devotion to the Trenton Meeting of Friends.

Love and joy was evident at the repast where Friends and family reminisced and socialized at the Meetinghouse.
